2. Service Description

PDFdedo provides browser-based PDF utilities including PDF merging, splitting, compression, page removal, reordering, and image-to-PDF conversion. Features may be modified, suspended, or removed at any time without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the files and content you upload, process, or download through the platform.

You agree not to upload files that:

• Contain malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Violate copyright or intellectual property laws
• Contain illegal, abusive, or malicious content
• Attempt to exploit, overload, or disrupt the platform

4. File Processing & Storage

Uploaded files are processed temporarily for requested operations. We do not guarantee permanent file storage, backup, or recovery.

Users are responsible for maintaining backups of important files before and after processing.

5. Usage Limits

Usage limits, file size restrictions, page count limits, feature availability, and processing limits may apply to both free and premium accounts.

Features described as "unlimited" are subject to reasonable, normal, and fair usage limits intended to maintain platform stability, performance, and abuse prevention.

Limits and feature availability may change at any time without prior notice.

Abuse, scraping, automated requests, excessive usage, account sharing, or attempts to bypass platform restrictions may result in temporary suspension or permanent blocking.

6. Premium Access & Payments

Premium purchases are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay.

Premium access is granted only to the purchasing account and may not be transferred, resold, or commercially shared.

7. Refund Policy

All payments made for premium access are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing premium access, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No refunds will be issued after successful payment
• No partial refunds will be provided for unused access
• Accidental purchases remain non-refundable
• Failure to use the service does not qualify for a refund
• Changing your mind after purchase does not qualify for a refund

8. Availability & Reliability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, flawless operation, or error-free processing.

Downtime, maintenance, outages, or unexpected failures may occur at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

PDFdedo and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Loss of files or data
• Corrupted or damaged documents
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Losses caused by third-party services

Users are responsible for verifying processed files before relying on them.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
